China Green Electricity Investment Gets Construction Quota for 2-Million-KW Wind Power Projects

China Green Electricity Investment of Tianjin (SHE:000537), through its subsidiaries, received the construction quota for two wind power plants with a total of 2 million kilowatts after being filed with the Development and Reform Commission of China's Altay City, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Friday.

The projects, the Altay City 800,000KW wind power project and Burqin County Wind Power Project (Phase II South City 1.2 million KW) are managed by subsidiaries Zhonglu Electric (Altay) New Energy Power Generation and Zhonglu Electric (Burqin) New Energy Power Generation, respectively.

The quota will help the implementation of the projects, which are both still in their preliminary stages, the Chinese power services provider said.

The company's shares closed 1% higher.
