【Strategy 可转换优先股 STRK 将于本周四在纳斯达克上市】金色财经报道，Strategy（原 MicroStrategy）在 2 月 6 日发布的第四季度财报会上宣布，其可转换优先股 STRK 将于本周四在纳斯达克上市。财报显示，公司第四季度每股亏损 3.03 美元，因未采用 FASB 会计准则导致 10 亿美元减值损失，公司表示将于本季度开始采用新准则。在新设定的业绩指标中，Strategy 计划到 2025 年实现比特币收益 100 亿美元，目前已完成 12.4 亿美元；同时设定比特币收益率目标为 15%，当前收益率为 2.9%。 在融资方面，公司已使用 210 亿美元 ATM（随时发行）股票发行额度中的 170 亿美元，其股票发行量仅占累计交易量的 2.9%，其中 11 月 11-15 日当周占比最高，达到 7%。
