智通财经APP获悉，在传出富士康母公司鸿海精密有意与陷入困境的日产汽车(NSANY.US)重启合作谈判的消息后，日产股价应声上涨。此前，日产与本田汽车(HMC.US)的合作计划宣告破裂。
据报道，鸿海董事长刘扬伟已指示鸿海电动车策略官、前日产高管关润主动接触持有日产约36%股份的法国汽车制造商雷诺(RNLSY.US)，洽谈释出股权可能性。
据了解，去年，鸿海曾探索对日产进行投资或收购的可能性，但在12月日产与本田达成合作协议、计划将两家品牌纳入同一控股公司后，富士康暂时搁置了这一计划。该公司正致力于利用其为索尼(SONY.US)、思科(CSCO.US)等企业制造电子产品的经验，转型成为电动汽车的合同制造商。
本周，本田和日产证实双方仍在讨论各种选择，包括终止合作谈判的可能性。据知情人士透露，随着日产准备结束与本田的谈判，该公司正在寻找新的合作伙伴，这可能为富士康重新打开合作之门。
日产将于下周公布第三季度财报。此前，该公司已宣布上半年净利润暴跌94%，并表示将需要裁员9000人，削减五分之一的产能。
