万洲国际授出史密斯菲尔德股份激励计划
财中社2月8日电万洲国际（00288）发布公告，宣布其间接非全资附属公司史密斯菲尔德食品有限公司已于2025年1月16日生效的综合激励计划下，向合资格人士授出购股权及受限制股份单位。激励计划的目的是通过提供以现金及股权为基础的激励奖励，吸引和留任员工，并与股东的利益保持一致。根据该计划，授出史密斯菲尔德股份的最高总数将不超过史密斯菲尔德已发行股份总数的5%。
公告中提到，万隆作为公司的主席兼执行董事，获得39万份购股权和6万份受限制股份单位，占史密斯菲尔德股份的约0.12%；而前执行董事Charles Shane Smith获得59万份购股权和9万份受限制股份单位，占约0.17%。董事会认为，这些授出决定是为了激励相关人士以促进史密斯菲尔德的业务发展，符合公司及股东的整体利益。根据上市规则，相关授出决定的披露与审批要求已得到豁免。
