【海关总署：将出台促外贸稳增长特别措施】金十数据2月8日讯，全国海关工作会议7日在北京举行，海关总署党委书记孙梅君表示，当前中国外贸发展面临的最大挑战就是外部环境的冲击。必须把政策举措准备得更充分一些，及时出台精准性强、含金量高的支持措施，帮助企业稳订单、拓市场，主动回应市场关切；坚定不移促进扩大对外开放，便利跨国经贸往来。根据会议，今年海关总署将推进存量增量政策叠加发力，加大海关16条支持措施实施力度和效果评估，深化税政研究、推动完善税收政策，拉长经认证的经营者(AEO)企业享惠措施清单。会议并提出，今年将开展2025年促进跨境贸易便利化专项行动，推进国际贸易“单一窗口”服务模式创新，实施进一步促进航空口岸通关便利化若干措施。支持公铁联运等物流项目建设，助推中欧班列、西部陆海新通道高质量发展。此外，还将推动农食产品进口多元化，促进农食产品扩大出口。
