宜宾银行稳定价格期结束 超额配股权失效
财中社2月8日电宜宾银行（02596）发布公告，宜宾市商业银行股份有限公司的全球发售的稳定价格期间已于2025年2月7日结束。公告中提到，在稳定价格期间，超额配股权未获整体协调人（为其本身及代表国际包销商）行使，并于同日失效，因此公司将不会根据超额配股权发行H股。
在稳定价格期间，稳定价格操作人建银国际金融有限公司或其联属人士或代其行事的任何人士超额分配共2203万股H股，约占全球发售初步可供认购的发售股份总数的3.2%，并以每股H股2.59港元的价格陆续购买了2499万股H股，约占初步可供认购的发售股份总数的3.63%。最后一次购买发生在2025年2月6日。期间还出售了合共296万股H股，价格范围在每股2.6港元至2.67港元之间，最后一次出售的时间为2025年1月17日，价格为每股2.61港元。公告中还提到，公募持股量已降低至公司已发行股本总数的15%，符合公募持股量豁免的要求。
