2 月 6 日消息，Arm 的中国合资公司安谋科技（Arm China）日前发布内部信，任命瑞芯微前副总经理陈锋为公司 CEO。
安谋科技原联席 CEO 刘仁辰及陈恂卸任，但在 2 月底前将担任公司顾问，配合相关工作的交接并继续支持公司的发展。
加入安谋科技前，陈锋在 A 股芯片上市公司瑞芯微担任副总经理，高级副总裁，负责产品规划、市场等工作，今年 1 月正式离职。
IT之家查询工商信息获悉，安谋科技成立于 2016 年，也就是原先的 Arm China，是一家独立运营、中资控股的合资公司，也是中国最大的芯片 IP 设计与服务供应商，合作伙伴包括阿里、紫光展锐、华为等。作为合资公司的最大单一股东，Arm 公司占安谋科技 47.33% 的股权。
