Carnival Closes $2 Billion Debt Offering, Redeems 2028 Notes

Carnival (CCL) said Friday it closed a private offering of $2 billion of 6.125% senior unsecured notes due 2033.

The net proceeds were used, as planned, to redeem the $2.03 billion of 10.375% senior priority notes due 2028 issued by Carnival Holdings (Bermuda), the company said.
