太古股份公司预计2024年净利润亏损8亿元
财中社2月7日电太古股份公司A（00019）发布公告，预计其截至2024年12月31日的股东应占经常性基本溢利约为65亿元，而截至2023年12月31日的股东应占经常性基本溢利约为73亿元，主要是由于财务支出净额上升和香港办公楼租金收入减少。预计截至2024年12月31日的股东应占基本溢利约为68亿元，而2023年同期为116亿元，这主要反映出2023年完成出售港岛东中心九个楼层所获得的一次性溢利约33亿元的缺失，以及2024年出售香港停车位的溢利有所下跌。
公司预计截至2024年12月31日的股东应占呈报亏损约为8亿元，而截至2023年12月31日的股东应占呈报溢利为26亿元。预计2024年将录得投资物业公平值亏损约63亿元，而2023年同期的投资物业公平值亏损为44亿元。尽管2024年的全年业绩受到疲弱的香港办公楼市场影响，但公司的香港办公楼物业组合出租率优于相应的香港分区市场。公司资产负债表健康，整体财务状况强劲，预计每年股息将以中单位数幅度增长。
