智通财经APP讯，第一拖拉机股份(00038)发布公告，于临时股东会上，赵维林先生(赵先生)获选举为本公司第九届董事会非独立董事。彼之任期自临时股东会审议通过之日起至第九届董事会任期届满之日止。
董事会进一步宣布，赵先生于同日召开的第九届董事会第三十二次会议上获选举为本公司第九届董事会董事长及法定代表人，并担任董事会战略、投资及可持续发展委员会委员、主席，董事会提名委员会委员，上述职务将自董事会批准之日起生效并将于第九届董事会任期届满之日终止。
董事会进一步宣布，根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则，本公司须委任及始终留用两名授权代表，作为本公司与联交所的主要沟通渠道。因此，本公司委任赵先生接替黎先生担任本公司授权代表。
