【慈文传媒：获1800万元股票回购专项贷款承诺】金十数据2月7日讯，慈文传媒公告，公司收到交通银行江西省分行出具的《股票回购增持贷款承诺函》，承诺向公司提供不超过1800万元的贷款资金，专项用于回购本公司股票。公司于2024年10月29日召开董事会，于2024年11月15日召开临时股东大会，审议通过了股份回购方案，计划使用不低于1000万元且不超过2000万元的自有及/或自筹资金，通过深圳证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份约110.74万股-221.48万股，约占公司当前总股本的0.23%-0.47%。本次回购股份将全部用于注销并减少公司注册资本，实施期限为自股东大会审议通过回购股份方案之日起不超过12个月。
