智通财经APP讯，北京首都机场股份(00694)发布公告，截至2023年12月31日(即本公司最近一期经审计财务报表日期)，本公司的累计亏损为人民币29.906亿元(累计亏损)，法定及任意盈余公积为人民币68.1亿元。
鉴于本公司持续累计亏损的规模及下文载述的实施亏损弥补方案理由，董事会建议根据中国公司法及公司章程的相关规定，从任意盈余公积中动用人民币29.906亿元以完全弥补截至2023年12月31日的累计亏损。
作为本公司财务管理策略的一部分，预计亏损弥补方案将可降低累计亏损金额，提高日后成功实施本公司利润分配政策的可能性。
