Lululemon Poised for Solid Revenue Growth in Coming Quarters, Oppenheimer Says

Lululemon Athletica's (LULU) revenue growth is expected to solidify over time, given its "superb" ability to manage operations and finances and to improve merchandising, Oppenheimer said Friday in a report.

The firm boosted its fiscal 2025 earnings forecast to $15.82 a share from $15.25, topping the Wall Street consensus of $15.37. Oppenheimer projected 2026 earnings at $17.75 a share versus the consensus of $16.84.

The firm sees fiscal 2025 sales growth of 7% to 9%, compared with the current consensus forecast of 6% to 8%.

With "subdued" consensus estimates, Oppenheimer said it sees potential upside surprises for the athletic apparel retailer

The firm lifted its price target on Lululemon stock to $500 from $380 and reiterated its outperform rating.

Lululemon shares fell 1.6% in recent Friday trading.
