Feb 7 (Reuters) - U.S. liquefied natural gas $(LNG)$ company Venture Global's VG.N proposed CP2 export plant in Louisiana moved a step closer to construction after the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) staff released a draft environmental report on Friday.
