--Chinese e-commerce firm JD.com has renewed its interest in acquiring Ceconomy, Bloomberg reports, citing unnamed sources.
--JD.com recently approached the German electronics retailer and has started sounding out large shareholders, according to Bloomberg.
--A spokesperson for Ceconomy declined to comment. JD.com didn't immediately respond to Bloomberg's request for comment.
--Ceconomy shares trade 14.7% higher at 3.50 euros.
