智通财经APP获悉，周五，Titan America(TTAM.US)登陆美股市场，开盘股价微涨0.3%，报16.04美元。IPO价格为16美元。Titan America 是一家领先的垂直一体化、跨区域的重型建筑材料和服务制造供应商，主要在美国东海岸运营。其服务覆盖佛罗里达州、纽约-新泽西都会区、弗吉尼亚州、北卡罗来纳州和南卡罗来纳州等核心市场。
公司的制造、物流及客户支持网络涵盖了水泥及补充性水泥材料、骨料、预拌混凝土、混凝土砖及其他配套产品。Titan America旗下拥有100多个设施，包括部分核心市场中规模最大的水泥厂、进口码头、矿山、预拌混凝土厂、粉煤灰加工厂和混凝土砖生产线。
目前，Titan America旗下的水泥工厂每年可生产约380万吨水泥，并依托采矿网络作为原料供应支撑。截至2024年5月1日，公司的矿山总储量达4.74亿吨，确保其长期稳定的生产供应。
