智通财经APP讯，万咖壹联(01762)公布，于2025年2月7日，普通合伙人与有限合伙人就于中国重庆市江北区成立有限合伙制投资基金订立有限合伙协议。根据有限合伙协议，公司的合并联属实体欢聚时代(为其中一名有限合伙人)同意以人民币5000万元(相当于约5400万港元)的资本承诺认购有限合伙企业的有限合伙权益。所有合伙人同意作出的初始出资总额为人民币1亿元。
该集团是移动互联网市场上一间快速成长的科技公司，协助各行业的企业与中国数以十亿计安卓、苹果、鸿蒙手机用户建立联系及积极开展智能AI营销服务。该集团未来计划及策略之一是继续扩大其业务规模，从而巩固其市场领导地位。
公司决定参与有限合伙企业的设立，是由于有限合伙企业通过对集团产业链上的创新企业进行投资，打造完整的产业生态，孵化AI应用等创新技术，扩展公司的业务领域及增强对上下游企业的掌控力。此外，公司认为有限合伙企业将透过其于有限合伙企业的权益升值及股息分派为集团带来可观的回报。
