Royal Caribbean Cruises' (RCL) diluted earnings per share estimates have been raised following its Q4 financial results, UBS Securities said in a note Monday.

The firm said it increased its diluted EPS estimates for Royal Caribbean Cruises to $15.27 from $14.48 for 2025, $17.64 from $17.38 for 2026, and $20.33 from $20.04 for 2027.

"We roll forward our valuation year to 2027, discounted back, to factor in the benefit of RCL's new private destinations including beach clubs and Perfect Day Mexico," UBS said in the note.

The brokerage said the company seems to be going "full speed ahead" with Perfect Day Mexico despite a looming tax increase there.

UBS lifted its price target on the stock to $301 from $271, and maintained its buy rating.
