2月7日，一张上美股份创始人吕义雄在工作群部署“裁员计划”的聊天记录在网上流传。

　　吕义雄表示，首先，法务部门50%的人要淘汰，只留20%能用AI的人；其次，客服部门95%的人要淘汰，只留5%能用AI的人；第三，新品创新中心70%的人要淘汰，只留30%能用AI的人以及工艺把控的人；第四，内容创新部门80%的人要淘汰，只留20%能用AI的人，且该部门要做到一个团队做出20个团队的活。他还强调，要训练通过鼠标+语言与AI的对话交流，取消键盘。

　　对此消息，上美股份吕义雄在朋友圈澄清表示：“我们公司不是要裁员，今年上美总体人数会增加800人，总部人员在今年年底会达到2700人。只是有些地方加人，有些地方减人，让运营更科学化，更有效率。”

　　上美股份官方回应新浪财经表示，“我们认为，AI是需要拥抱的未来，为2030年我们冲刺300亿做准备。在此过程中，人才是支撑上美可持续发展的不变的基石。上美将继续重视、优待每一位人才，并不断优化人才战略。”
