Alibaba (HKG:9988) affiliate Ant Group appointed Liu Zheng as chief financial officer, succeeding Han Xinyi, Yicai Global reported.
Liu is the former CFO of Cainiao Smart Logistics Network, the courier unit of Alibaba, according to the report.
Han will succeed Eric Jing as chief executive on March 1 as Jing focuses on his role as chair, Yicai Global reported.
