智通财经APP讯，中国生物制药(01177)发布公告，集团开发的“洛索洛芬钠凝胶贴膏”(商标名：得舒平)已获得中国国家药品监督管理局的上市批准，用于以下疾病及症状的消炎、镇痛：骨关节炎、肌肉痛、外伤所致肿胀疼痛。得舒平是国内唯一一款通过一致性评价且经过临床试验验证上市的洛索洛芬钠凝胶贴膏。
洛索洛芬钠是一种苯丙酸类非甾体消炎药，通过抑制环氧化酶、阻断前列腺素合成，进而起到抗炎、解热、镇痛的作用。与其他非甾体抗炎药相比，洛索洛芬钠为前体药物，安全耐受性较好，其口服制剂自1986年上市至今仍被广泛使用。
集团作为国内现代外用透皮制剂的龙头企业，利用自主搭建的凝胶贴膏技术平台，并通过阳性药及安慰剂平行对照的III期临床试验，研发获得洛索洛芬钠凝胶贴膏产品。其在临床试验中显示出疗效显著、安全性高、与皮肤兼容性好等特点。相对于口服制剂，外用的洛索洛芬钠凝胶膏可以提高洛索洛芬钠在疼痛部位的局部浓度，避免肝脏首过效应，提高疗效，同时避免胃肠道剌激，且药效持久耐受性良好，每日一次的给药次数能显著提高患者的顺应性。
洛索洛芬钠凝胶贴膏是继氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏、利多卡因凝胶贴膏后集团的又一款重磅凝胶贴膏类产品，进一步强化了集团在镇痛外科领域的产品管线。目前洛索洛芬钠凝胶贴膏原研药品未在中国市场销售，得舒平为广大患者提供更多的治疗选择，保障患者用药安全。
