智通财经APP讯，中国生物制药(01177)发布公告，集团开发的“妥洛特罗贴剂”(商标名：德瑞妥)已获得中国国家药品监督管理局的上市批准，用于缓解支气管哮喘、急性支气管炎、慢性支气管炎、肺气肿等气道阻塞性疾病所致的呼吸困难等症状。这是首个获批上市的国产气道阻塞性疾病外用贴剂。
妥洛特罗贴剂作用于支气管平滑肌的β2-受体，通过扩张支气管，松弛气管肌肉，起到改善肺功能，促进气管纤毛运动及镇咳的作用。与传统哮喘治疗药物相比，妥洛特罗贴剂通过透皮给药的方式实现全身给药，避免了肝脏首过效应，减少对胃肠道的刺激，并能保持稳定的血药浓度，从而更有效地控制哮喘症状，为哮喘、急慢性支气管炎、肺气肿等气道阻塞性疾病患者的长期治疗提供了便利且安全的解决方案。
妥洛特罗贴剂的适应人群广泛，半岁及以上儿童即可使用。相较于口服、吸入制剂，妥洛特罗贴剂用药简单方便，解决了儿童给药困难的问题，减少了因操作不当而导致的用药错误。德瑞妥打破了进口药物的垄断，将极大的缓解国内儿童哮喘用药的紧张局面。
