嘉里建设(00683.HK) 元朗南住宅项目“朗天峰HAVA”上月已上载楼书，嘉里发展董事及香港区总经理汤耀宗表示，至今接获不少意向客户查询，下一步将开放示范单位，因应市场气氛及反应在短期内公布销售安排，定价会参考区内及铁路沿线楼盘成交，强调首批单位定价会较吸引。
他又指，政府数据显示经济有所好转，1月访港旅客数字亦创新高，相信随着市面转趋活跃，小阳春会持续。
