消息面上，1月21日上午，国家地方共建人形机器人创新中心“麒麟”具身智能训练场启动仪式在沪举行，全国首个异构人形机器人训练场正式启用。国地中心与上海电气中央研究院、上海仪电等十家科研企业完成训练场运营合作签约，并与上海电气核电集团、海尔集团等十家科研院所和企业就人形机器人生态场景合作签署共建协议，标志着上海电气在服务国家重大战略、加快发展新质生产力等方面又迈出了坚实一步。
据悉，2024年10月18日，上海电气公告，全资子公司自动化集团拟以现金方式收购电气控股持有的宁笙实业100%股权。宁笙实业的核心资产包括上海发那科机器人有限公司50%的股权。上海电气积极布局特种机器人和智能机器人产品研制，实现与发那科机器人在运动控制及机器人集成应用技术优势的充分结合，共同构建双方在自动化领域的竞争优势。
