消息面上，中烟香港此前发盈喜，预告2024年度纯利同比增幅将不低于30%。中金表示符合预期，该行看好中烟香港业务的内生增长及外延拓展之间的协同，相信中烟香港拥有独家牌照，并作为中烟集团旗下国际资本运作平台，具有稀缺价值。
国金证券指出，特许经营权奠定公司业绩基本盘，稀缺性+确定性属性凸显。烟叶进出口业务方面，进口量价齐升仍可期，出口区域开拓供增量。卷烟出口业务方面，销量提升具备双重驱动，盈利弹性可期。新型烟草业务方面，HNB产品正处发展红利期，产品力提升+区域扩张助力加速发展。
