智通财经APP获悉，昊天国际建投(01341)午后急升逾11%，此后股价快速跳水转跌逾9%。截至发稿，跌5.32%，报0.89港元，成交额1.48亿港元。
消息面上，昊天国际建投午间发布公告，于2025年2月7日，公司与江苏利通电子股份有限公司("利通电子")订立一份无法律约束力的战略合作框架协议，内容有关AI算力领域相关业务的可能战略合作。
公告显示，双方拟成立合资公司，业务包括但不限于在东南亚发展AI算力资源及5G大数据相关业务，其中包括但不限于算力业务及相关技术咨询、业务规划、物流、贸易等业务。同时亦包括于马来西亚及或新加坡建立国际先进AIDC。其中使用公司于马来西亚Port Dickson(森美兰州波德申)之土地资源作数据中心及建设为AIDC营运基地。利通电子负责投入相关配置及软硬体，并提供专业开发、技术及营运团队。
