Odaily星球日报讯 知情人士透露，软银 CEO 孙正义和 OpenAI CEO Sam Altman 正在达成的交易在规模和结构上都是史无前例的，双方之间的谈判分两个阶段进行。首先，软银将进行一轮独家融资，承诺向 OpenAI 投资高达 400 亿美元。软银预计不会独自提供全部资金，并有权邀请其他合作伙伴参与此轮融资。一位直接了解计划的人士表示，OpenAI 可以批准或否决新投资者。预计本轮融资将使 OpenAI 估值达到 2600 亿美元。 在第二阶段，软银计划最初向 Stargate 投资约 150 亿至 200 亿美元。OpenAI 已同意，无论软银向该基础设施项目投入多少资金，其资金数额都将与其持平。 据三位知情人士透露，包括阿布扎比国有基金 MGX 和 Stargate 股权投资者在内的合作伙伴打算在看到项目进展后做出进一步的投资决定。 OpenAI 和软银拒绝置评。（FT）
