IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F) issued 23,000 new shares under its Enterprise Option Scheme (EOS), according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The issuance comprised 1,000 shares priced at 6.02 Malaysian ringgit for each 2018 EOS grant, 12,000 shares priced at 5.79 Malaysian ringgit for each 2019 EOS grant, and 10,000 shares priced at 5.92 Malaysian ringgit for each 2022 EOS grant.
Following the corporate action, IHH's total issued shares increased to 8,814,275,463, with a share capital of 20.1 billion ringgit.
The new shares will be listed on Feb. 10.
