Cyprium Metals Raises AU$1.5 Million from Entitlement Offer, Shares Fall 4%

Cyprium Metals (ASX:CYM) raised AU$1.5 million from a pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer, which closed on Monday, Feb. 3, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

It received valid applications from eligible shareholders for a total of 54.6 million new shares at an issue price of AU$0.028 per new share.

This includes applications from shareholders related to a top-up facility in excess of their entitlement for 24.7 million new shares.

The board of the firm reserves the right to place any remaining shortfall shares during the three months following the closing date on Monday.

Its shares fell almost 4% in recent trading on Friday.
