Embraer (ERJ) said Friday its subsidiary, Embraer Netherlands Finance has priced a $650 million bond offering with a 5.980% interest rate, due in 2035.
The notes are expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange, with closing anticipated on Feb. 11.
Embraer said it will use the proceeds to buy back outstanding 5.400% notes due 2027 and up to $150 million of 6.950% notes due 2028 through tender offers. The company plans to use the remaining funds for general corporate purposes
