黑石：2024年管理资产规模突破1.1万亿美元
日前，黑石集团（Blackstone，以下简称“黑石”）发布2024年第四季度及全年业绩。2024年第四季度投入黑石的资金达570亿美元，全年累计资金流入达1710亿美元，推动黑石管理资产规模创下新高，突破1.1万亿美元。
据悉，对2024年第四季度业绩贡献最大的是黑石的专项基础设施策略，该策略在短短六年半内规模已增至550亿美元。此外，黑石的企业和不动产债权平台目前已成为全球最大的第三方私募债权平台，总资产超过4500亿美元，占2024年公司总流入资金的60%。此外，黑石在2024年第四季度进入两年半以来投资最活跃的时期，总投资或承诺投资额高达620亿美元。
黑石董事长兼首席执行官苏世民表示：“这是黑石历史上表现最好的季度之一。盈利增长显著提速，而驱动黑石业务增长的关键因素——资金流入、投资活动和资产变现，均达到了两年半以来的最高水平。”
