PI Industries Clocks Decline in Fiscal Q3 Consolidated Net Profit

PI Industries (NSE:PIIND, BOM:523642) said its consolidated net profit dropped to 3.73 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal third quarter from 4.49 billion rupees a year ago, according to an Indian bourse filing on Thursday by the agri-sciences company.

Earnings per share during the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024, slipped to 24.55 rupees from 29.58 rupees a year earlier.

Revenue from operations increased in fiscal Q3 stood at 19 billion rupees, unchanged from the corresponding period last year.

Additionally, the board declared an interim dividend of 6 rupees per share for the fiscal year ending March 31.
