Australian Foundation Investment Company (ASX:AFI, NZE:AFI)
said it will extend its buyback facility for another 12 months, according to a Friday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The company wants to repurchase up to 124.7 million of its shares.
The buyback facility will now expire on Feb. 23, 2026.
