2月8日金融一线消息，据国家金融监督管理总局濮阳监管分局行政处罚信息公示表（濮金罚决字〔2025〕1-8号）显示，中原银行股份有限公司濮阳分行存在以下违法违规行为：个人贷款违规流向房地产市场；个人贷款用于偿还其他网络贷款；贷款实际用途与合同约定不符。

　　中原银行股份有限公司濮阳分行被罚款90万元。孟某普（时任中原银行股份有限公司濮阳分行南乐支行行长）、李某军（时任中原银行股份有限公司濮阳分行胜利路支行行长）、李某刚（时任中原银行股份有限公司濮阳分行营业部总经理）、庞某友（时任中原银行股份有限公司濮阳分行原个人贷款服务中心（永续贷中心）负责人）四名高管被警告。
