智通财经APP获悉，内房股集体走低，截至发稿，远洋集团(03377)跌6.15%，报0.244港元；融创中国(01918)跌5.52%，报1.54港元；中梁控股(02772)跌3.81%，报0.101港元；世茂集团(00813)跌3.37%，报0.86港元。
消息面上，春节假期房地产市场表现相对平淡，成交量不及2024年同期。据招商证券统计，农历十二月二十七至正月初五，30大中城市商品房日均成交面积为3.16万平方米，不及2024年同期的4.58万平方米。平安证券表示，随着春节假期结束，3月销售表现为重要观察窗口，若重点城市楼市小阳春或提振市场信心，若节后楼市走弱，或将迎来新的政策支持期。
克尔瑞数据显示，1月，TOP100房企实现销售操盘金额2276.1亿元，同比降低3.2%，环比降低49.6%，单月业绩规模保持在历史较低水平。克尔瑞指出，2月初因恰逢春节假期，预计市场将延续供需两淡，往年三四线城市的“返乡置业”也或将成色不足。不过考量到去年2月为春节月，基数较低，同比仍将延续正增态势。
