【荣昌生物回应辉瑞对维迪西妥单抗减值2亿美元：系辉瑞根据市场竞争环境判断做出的结论】金十数据2月7日讯，2月7日，荣昌生物对记者回应其维迪西妥单抗（RC48）被合作方辉瑞减值2亿美元一事。荣昌生物称，这一减值是与交易时间相比，由于市场竞争环境的变化，维迪西妥单抗的一些适应证不推进了，所以预期价值相较交易时间有所下降。这是辉瑞根据对市场竞争环境的判断做出的结论。此前，2021年8月，荣昌生物将其HER2ADC（抗体偶联药物）维迪西妥单抗的海外权益授权给ADC龙头公司Seagen。2023年，Seagen被辉瑞收购。目前，辉瑞正在海外推进维迪西妥单抗的尿路上皮癌适应证。
