发展商积极筹备新一年推盘计划，恒基地产(00012)旗下长沙湾Belgravia Place第2期，最快月内推售，提供248伙，有望成为集团蛇年头炮盘。恒基物业代理董事及营业(一)部总经理林达民表示，旗下部门筹备于蛇年推售6个楼盘，共涉约1,700伙，区区有盘开。

 

林达民续指，紧接第二季有望推出土瓜湾道72号项目，分两期发展，共有逾800伙，主打一及两房户型。其他包括大埔迎林提供120伙，西半山卫城道项目涉约170伙，红磡MIDTOWN SOUTH新一期项目有约240伙，旺角庙街项目有约48伙。各个楼盘类型由上车盘到豪宅盘皆有供应。

 

他认为，今年上半年楼价将会筑底，下半年会重拾上升轨道。去年整体一手成交量有约1.6万宗，估计今年全年可录约2万宗。期望财政预算案会有更多措施让外来人才留港安居乐业。
