【中广核新能源：附属公司拟出售南通美亚所有股权，初步公开招标价约4.75亿元】金十数据2月7日讯，中广核新能源(01811.HK)在港交所公告，鉴于南通美亚的业务表现因地区政府的环境保护措施及热电联产规划的变化而下降，公司全资附属公司Meiya Electric拟出售其于南通美亚（Meiya Electric的全资附属公司）持有的所有股权。Meiya Electric拟透过于上海联交所的公开招标程序进行潜在出售事项。初步公开招标预期将于2025年2月8日开始，为期20个工作日。潜在出售事项的初步公开招标价约4.75亿元，乃参考2024年11月30日的估值厘定。最终代价金额将视乎中标者的最终出价而定。
