智通财经APP获悉，房地产私募基金管理公司基汇资本宣布，通过旗下管理基金及共同投资，与Patience Capital Group(PCG)组建合资平台，成功收购位于日本东京银座五丁目的标志性零售资产“东急PLAZA银座”。基汇资本持有该合资平台91%的股份，PCG持有9%的股份。
基汇资本投资部董事总经理、合伙人及日本地区主管卢洛琳表示，非常高兴能收购这座东京银座的标志性零售资产。借助PCG获取市场独特机遇的能力，以及基汇资本在商业零售领域的丰富经验，集团有信心将这座购物中心转型为顶级零售目的地。随着日本零售市场受宏观经济基本面支持而持续改善，现在正是投资的理想时机。
Patience Capital Group创办人兼首席执行官Ken Chan表示，基于日本零售市场需求的韧性，叠加基汇资本在零售方面的经验以及PCG与品牌合作打造理想租户组合的往绩，期待利用集团的综合优势，释放这一卓越资产的潜力。
