Odaily星球日报讯 MV Global 合伙人 Tom Dunleavy 于 X 发文表示，加密货币行业没有任何一家项目需要 1000 万美元以上的融资，Berachian、Monad、Abstract、Movement 等项目之所以能够完成巨额融资，完全是因为 VC 需要给他们那么多钱。 当 VC 完成 3 亿美元以上的募资后，除非不断进行一些超 2000 千万美元以上的出手，否则就根本无法有效调配这些资金。即便每次出手 500 万美元，你也必须投资 60 个项目，则意味着你需要尽调超 1000 个项目。 在边际固定成本极低，且 AI 生产力不断发展的情况下，什么项目居然还需要 2000 万美元的资金？VC 实际上是在为这些新成立的公司提供 5 年以上的运营资金，且这些项目在代币发行时还能获得额外的资金，这为项目方创造了可怕的激励机制。 Tom 最后呼吁，不要再有超过 1000 万美元的融资了，不再有超过 1 亿美元的估值了。
