消息面上，2月3日，顺龙控股发布公告，经公司向接管人作出查询后，由于接管人已就出售押记资产接获超过一份具有类似条款的不具约束力要约，入围的潜在买家已受邀对彼等的不具约束力要约作出调整。于本公布日期，接管人已接获入围潜在买家的超过一份经调整不具约束力要约，并选定一位潜在买家就确实交易文件的条款进行讨论。现时尚未达致销售，亦未就可能交易订立任何确实交易文件。
