智通财经APP讯，仕佳光子(688313.SH)发布公告，公司参投的河南泓淇光电子产业基金合伙企业(有限合伙)(简称“泓淇光电”)与深圳市致尚科技股份有限公司(简称“致尚科技”)签署《股权转让框架协议》，拟以现金对价暂定3.26亿元人民币的价格购买致尚科技持有的控股子公司东莞福可喜玛通讯科技有限公司(简称“福可喜玛”)53%股权。
据悉，随着Al数据中心带宽密度快速提升，光纤连接需求旺盛，带动公司MPO高密度光纤连接器快速增长。MT插芯作为MPO高密度光纤连接器的核心构造元素，实现了光纤跳线的高密度、高速度传输，为数据中心网络架构中的高速数据传输提供了有力支持，在这种背景下，MT插芯的需求呈现快速增长。
因此，公司通过泓淇光电基金，间接投资福可喜玛，有利于公司保持MT插芯持续供货的稳定性，构建完善的产业链体系，有助于公司提高整体核心竞争力。
