财中社2月7日电福石控股（300071）发布公告，股东东方证券股份有限公司本次新增解除限售的股份数量为1981万股，占公司总股本的2.0553%。这些股份将于2025年2月12日上市流通。解除限售的原因是根据上海金融法院的判决，公司需对东方证券所持的限售股办理解除限售手续。

公告中提到，东方证券持有的限售股是通过司法强制执行非交易过户获得的，且在取得过程中未作出承诺。根据相关法律规定，东方证券持有的1105万股限售股因业绩补偿义务尚未完成仍需限售，而其余的1981万股则可以解除限售。此次解除限售不会违反相关承诺，且东方证券不存在非经营性占用公司资金的情况。

2024年前三季度，福石控股实现收入10.45亿元，归母净利润-2989万元。
