智通财经APP获悉，复宏汉霖(02696)再涨近7%，截至发稿，涨5.41%，报19.5港元，成交额741.08万港元。
消息面上，复宏汉霖公布，与Dr. Reddy's订立许可协议，据此，公司向Dr. Reddy's授出一项许可，供其于美国及约定的欧洲地区内及领域内开发、生产和商业化HLX15(重组抗CD38全人单克隆抗体注射液)的静脉注射制剂与皮下注射制剂。
根据协议条款，复宏汉霖将负责HLX15的研发、生产以及商业化供应，并从交易中获得1.316亿美元，其中3300万美元为交易首付款。据悉，HLX15是复宏汉霖自主研发的达雷妥尤单抗生物类似药，计划用于治疗多发性骨髓瘤。
