智通财经APP获悉，内房股早盘回暖，截至发稿，世茂集团(00813)涨7.06%，报0.91港元；融创中国(01918)涨7.01%，报1.68港元；万科企业(02202)涨5.53%，报5.53港元；富力地产(02777)涨4.84%，报1.3港元。
消息面上，2月5日，万科内部发文，宣布多位高管人事任命，涉及财务、法务、战略投资等重要职能部门，还包括北京区域和华东区域一把手。据悉，1月27日，万科发布公告，郁亮申请辞去公司董事会主席职务；深圳地铁集团董事长辛杰将担任万科董事会主席；聘任李锋、华翠、李刚为执行副总裁，聘任田钧为董事会秘书，四位新任高管均来自深圳国资系统。
2月6日，克而瑞研究中心的最新数据显示，1月，重点监测的30家房企单月投资拿地总金额（全口径）接近638亿元，同比增长186%。中指研究院数据显示，2025年1月，百强房企销售总额为2350.3亿元，同比下降16.5%。分析指出，今年1月份逢春节假期，一定程度上影响了销售，致使1月份百强房企销售额同比出现下降。不过，这一数据相比2024年全年超30%的降幅已有明显收窄。
