Camden Property Trust Q4 Core AFFO Increases, Property Revenue Declines

Camden Property Trust (CPT) reported Q4 core adjusted funds from operations Thursday of $1.46 per diluted share, up from $1.44 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.40.

Property revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $386.3 million, down from $387.6 million a year earlier. Analysts expected $386.7 million.

The company said it expects Q1 core FFO between $1.66 and $1.70.

Analysts expect $1.67.

The company expects 2025 core FFO between $6.60 and $6.90. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $6.79.

Camden said its board of trust managers declared a dividend of $1.05 per share, payable on April 17 to shareholders on March 31.
