绿景中国地产涉 21 万美元债务 面临清盘呈请
财中社2月6日电绿景中国地产（00095）发布公告，近日公司获悉翘石集团环球有限公司于2025年2月4日向香港特区高等法院提出了对公司的清盘呈请。该呈请涉及公司所担保的财务义务，约本金21万美元及应计利息。根据相关法律规定，若最终清盘，呈请提出日后的财产处置及股份转让将被视为无效，除非获得高等法院的认可。
公司表示将全力反对该呈请，董事会认为该呈请缺乏依据，且不代表其他利益相关者的利益。公告中提到，尽管面临清盘风险，董事会认为此事件不会对公司的商业运营及财务状况产生重大不利影响。公司还计划寻求法律意见，考虑是否向高等法院申请认可令，以保护其合法权益。
同时，公司提醒股东及潜在投资者，在呈请的情况下，股份转让可能受到限制，并建议在买卖公司证券时保持谨慎。公司将继续努力推进境外重组方案，以最大程度保留公司价值，并会及时向股东和投资者通报相关进展。
