智通财经APP讯，国恩控股(08121)发布公告，郭惠珍女士(郭女士)已辞任本公司的公司秘书(公司秘书)，且不再担任根据香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)GEM证券上市规则(GEM上市规则)第5.24条所指本公司的授权代表(授权代表)，自2025年2月7日起生效。
于郭女士辞任后，董事会亦宣布谢秀新女士(谢女士)已获委任为公司秘书及授权代表，自2025年2月7日起生效。
