金吾财讯 | 金力永磁(06680)股价发力，截至发稿，涨3.63%，报9.7港元，成交额3861万港元。消息面上，日前，务部会同海关总署，发布关于对钨等相关物项实施出口管制的公告，对仲钨酸铵等25种稀有金属产品及其技术实施出口管制。中信建投表示，近年来锑锗钨钼铟等一众战略小金属价格已出现较大幅度上涨，主要原因在于供给端资源稀缺性日益显性化叠加需求受益产业巨变，持续看好战略金属投资机遇。国泰君安研报称，近年缅甸稀土产量增长迅速，已成为我国第一大进口来源国，但受制于政局动乱、资源禀赋透支风险，供给或形成较强约束，而需求端国内“两新”政策加码强化终端景气周期，稀土价格有望呈现稳步上涨，稀土板块第二阶段反转或逐步开启。
