SportsHero (ASX:SHO) appointed Crispin Tristram as Chief Commercial Officer, ending his advisory tenure due to expire in February, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Under an executive services agreement, Tristram will be granted about 18 million performance-based shares upon achieving specific milestones related to the IGV family game pass product and securing strategic partnerships, the filing said.
